I process out loud — the faith, the tension, the becoming — so you don't have to do it alone.

Long story short — I process out loud. The faith stuff, the hard stuff, the stuff you think about at 2am but don't say at church. I say it.
I'm into faith, feelings, and the full human experience — and I do cross culture work in the multiethnic church space. The beauty of it, the cost of it, and why it's worth it anyway.
I'm married to Ellie, I serve at Grace City Church in Charleston, and I'm pursuing what God is building in me — one honest conversation at a time.
Real, wrestled-with, not-performed faith. The kind that holds tension and still shows up.
The emotional honesty that the church often skips. Processing out loud so you don't have to do it alone.
The work of building across difference — with grace, humility, and a Kingdom-wide vision.
Where I Serve
I'm part of the team at Grace City Church in Charleston, SC — a community committed to being multiethnic in a way that reflects the full family of God. If you're in the area, come find us.
I speak to churches, conferences, and campus groups navigating faith, belonging, race, and what it costs to grow together. Every talk is rooted in scripture, honest about tension, and built for the full human being in the room.
What the multiethnic church actually requires — not just diversity, but people choosing to belong to each other across real difference.
On vulnerability, honesty, and why doing the inner work out loud — in community — is one of the most courageous things a person can do.
For anyone pursuing something that hasn't arrived yet. On trusting God in the gap between calling and arrival.
Practical and theological frameworks for building across racial and cultural lines — with cultural intelligence, not performance.
A talk on growth, identity, and what it means to keep showing up as a work in progress — in your faith, your relationships, your calling.
Most of my best talks started with a real conversation about what a room actually needs. Reach out — let's figure it out together.

CQ Initiative · Ep. 1 — Real Talk + Real Growth
"Growth that costs you nothing changes nothing in you. The real kind asks you to say out loud what you've only said to yourself."
CQ Initiative · Ep. 4 — From the Block to the Boardroom
"I've had to learn how to walk into rooms that weren't built for me — and stay fully myself the whole time. That's not a trick. That's cultural intelligence."
CQ Initiative · Ep. 6 — Assimilation to Authenticity
"Assimilation feels like safety until you realize you gave away the very thing people needed to see. Authenticity costs more upfront. But it's the only currency that lasts."
Real conversations, honest content, and the kind of stuff I wish somebody had said out loud sooner.

Follow @kejuaninprocessI built something. It started as an idea about what it would look like to create a space where people could go deeper — in faith, in community, in the kind of honest processing that actually changes you.
Immerse is that space. More details soon. Be the first to know when it drops.
Where I process out loud. Faith, feelings, marriage, culture — in real time. My most honest work lives here.
